Publications:

Delivery Policy
All publications will be despatched from the BWF offices within 48 hours of the order being made. However, you should allow 5 working days for receipt of the publication. If your order takes longer than 5 days please contact the BWF offices on 020 3870 5020 or e-mail bwf@bwf.org.uk.

Refund & Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel an order, you must adhere to the following:

  • It must be 24 hours after the original order was made
  • You must send an e-mail to bwf@bwf.org.uk You must state clearly your reasons for the cancellation of the order
  • You must allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

The British Woodworking Federation Stair Scheme will not accept liability for a cancelled order later than 24 hours after the original order was placed. Cancellations after this time are accepted at the discretion of the British Woodworking Federation Stair Scheme. However, You can contact our offices if you would like to return items because of an error on our part.

Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions for BWF publication orders.
Events/Training:

Refund & Cancellation Terms
If you wish to cancel an order, you will have to contact the BWF offices on 020 3870 5020 or email bwf@bwf.org.uk prior to the date stated on the event/training listings. (If you are unsure of the date to which you must cancel by, please also use the number provided).

You must allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed. The British Woodworking Federation Stair Scheme will not accept liability for a cancelled order later than the dates specified in the events/training listings (normally two weeks prior to the event/training). Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time by advising the British Woodworking Federation on 020 3870 5020 or e-mail bwf@bwf.org.uk

Cancellations after this time are accepted at the discretion of the British Woodworking Federation Stair Scheme. However, You can contact our offices if you would like a refund due to an error on our part.
